This is the question and why we made Freshbats. In the beginning when you first sign up, you’ll either fill out a detailed questionnaire that helps us understand your swing preferences and performance goals or you'll select the model of your choice. Based on your answers and/or selection, we’ll send bats that match your needs. Over time, we’ll adjust our recommendations based on your feedback.

The Training Plan costs $50/month and includes 4 Ash training bats per year. Training bats come unfinished or in Freshbats blue. Bats are typically shipped every three months.

The Pro Plan is $115/month and includes 3 Ash training bats and 4 pro stock game bats. Default shipment plan typically starts with receiving a training bat and receiving a game bat within two months this allows for adjustments to color, model, length, and/or weight between shipments. From there and depending on the time of year, we will stagger between game and training bats. We will work with you on the best shipping schedule for you.

The All-Star Plan is $149/month and includes 4 ash, maple, or brich training bats (we recommend ash for training) and 6 high-performance game bats. Default shipment plan typically starts with receiving a training bat and receiving a game bat within two months. We have a month between training and first gamer to allow you to make adjustments to color, model, length, and/or weight. From there and depending on the time of year, we will stagger between game and training bats. We will work with you on the best shipping schedule for you. If you have a custom bat, schedule and adjustment times vary and we will work with you to set up the best shipment schedule for you.

The Rookie Plan is ideal for beginners and includes four durable training bats per year.

The Prospect Plan offers a mix of training bats and high-quality game bats for serious players looking to better their performance.

The All-Star Plan is designed for the aspiring or current top-prospect, providing top-tier bats for both training and gameplay, including premium maple and birch options.

This is why we made Freshbats. Wood bats are notorious for feeling great one day and terible the next. If a bat doesn’t feel right, change up the model, length, and/or weight in your customer account and you will receive the new model, length, and/or weight in your next schedule shipment. We work with you and your feedback so we can ensure we send you a different model that better suits your swing profile or playing style. Find the bat made for you!

If your bat was damaged in shipping (not while swinging or hitting), please reach out to us and we’ll ensure that you’ll have a bat in your hands.

Yes! The Pro and All-Star plans feature pro stock and big league inked-dot game bats. We partner with the best hard wood providers and have great bat technicians to ensure you’re receiving the highest quality bats available.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time to better suit your needs. Whether you want more game bats or fewer training bats, we’ll accommodate the change without any hassle.

Currently, customization is available for the All-Star plan, where you can request specific models based on your preferences. In the future, we plan to offer additional customization options, such as custom paint, engravings or specialized bat fittings.

There is no long-term commitment required. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalties. We want you to have complete flexibility. We do offer a two month discount for annual plans. Email sales@freshbats.com for more information.

Bats are shipped directly from our cutting floor and central warehouse. We use reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. You’ll typically receive your frist bat shipment within 2-3 weeks of processing your order. We freshly cut all of our bats to ensure our customers have the freshest bats in their hands (hence our name). From there, we have schedule shipment dates for your next bat arrival. We will work with you on this schedule or we will use the default schedule for each plan. Customized bats typically have a longer processing time due to the customization.

At the moment, we don’t offer a trial period for individual bats before you subscribe. However, your subscription comes with unlimited model, length, color (Pro and All Star), and/or weight exchanges to ensure you can try out different models to find your unique bat made for your swing once you’ve signed up.

Yes! We offer a referral program where you can earn discounts or potentially free bats for every new paying subscriber you refer.

Additionally, we may run promotions or discounts throughout the year.

Currently, we’re focused on US domestic shipments.

However, we’re exploring the possibility of expanding internationally in the future, so stay tuned for updates.
